I haven't had a period since Oct 06. The Dr. said she was sure I didn't need birth control anymore, but she would have me take a blood test to "prove" on paper to my doubting husband. The RLB FSH was 57 mIU/mL. I can't find reference to this test anywhere. Is it conclusive, after turning 50, and not having a period for 7 months, combined with these test results means that there is NO way for me to get pregnant? I can only find info stating that one year after not having a period means you will not get pregnant.
